The Features of Good Customer Experience (PDE)
Time: 1 hour
This session is the first in the Customer Experience unit. It introduces learners to the concept of ‘customer experience’ using their own and others’ experiences. Learners consider what makes a good customer experience and what can prevent it being delivered. This session was made in partnership with Meta.
