Physical Activity and Wellness (PDE)

Time: 1 hour+

This session explores what ‘wellness’ means, and the impact physical activity has on physical and mental health. Learners develop their understanding of how exercise can help someone have a healthy lifestyle, as well as how the lack of physical activity can have a negative impact. Groups present their findings in a creative way.
