Physical Wellbeing (PDE)

Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Through individual and group activities, learners will consider the meaning of physical wellbeing and how it can be impacted, both positively and negatively. With consideration given to the links between emotional and physical wellbeing, learners will develop personal strategies for improving their own physical wellbeing.

Please note: using these materials may help to evidence learners’ achievements for the qualification; however, it is a centre’s responsibility to ensure all evidence produced meets the required learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
