What Is Positive Wellbeing? (Developing Resilience)
Time: 4 hours
This session introduces learners to the concept of positive wellbeing and how this can be improved as well as encouraging learners to reflect on their own personal strengths. Learners also look at how physical activity can help to improve their well-being.
