Achieve

- This pack provides you with a range of tools to help you explain Achieve - to young people, staff, and parents or guardians.

- certificate to be given to learners who have completed the Achieve programme or alternatively, these could be given at the end of a unit or the end of term.

- certificate to be given to learners to celebrate an area of achievement whilst taking part in the Achieve programme.

- feel free to adapt. This template contains some basic information you can share with parents/carers of young people in your Achieve club.

- the enrolment form is used to collect young person data to understand our reach and fund education programmes at the Trust. We encourage partners to complete all sections of the enrolment form to help us to improve our data quality.
