Kings’s Trust

Our partners

We work closely with the organisations featured on this page to develop and grow the Education Hub and our library of Achieve learning resources. Together, we are supporting a brighter future for young people.

Tesco

Content and Education Hub partner

Tesco is dedicated to helping thousands of young people who need support the most, focused on building their confidence and developing key employability skills. As one of our biggest supporters in education, Tesco is actively involved in programmes that help young people prepare for their future careers. By funding Achieve clubs across the UK, Tesco plays a major role in our Education Hub, which offers valuable resources on important topics such as mental health and wellbeing.

Howden Foundation

Content and Education Hub partner

The King’s Trust launched our partnership with the Howden Foundation in 2020 to support young people through our Achieve and Enterprise programmes. Together, we've added new sustainability content to both programmes to help young people understand and take action on important global issues. Thanks to the Foundation’s generous support, we’ve created new resources covering: Education, Energy, and the Environment; Sustainable Development and Citizenship; Building a Sustainable Business. The Howden Foundation is an independent charity backed by the global insurance group Howden and its employees. Many Howden team members have supported young people by volunteering their time and skills. They’ve led workshops on CV writing, interview skills, and managing money, as well as hosted leadership and enterprise events.

Meta

Content partner

Meta and The King’s Trust have worked together for over ten years to help young people gain the skills they need for the future. Over the past decade, Meta has played a key role in creating opportunities for young people in the digital economy. Meta supported the launch of the Facebook and Coursera Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate, helping young people start careers in marketing. Meta also helps shape our digital strategy as a member of our Digital and Marketing Leadership Group. Using a brief and template from The King’s Trust, Meta colleagues shared their skills, qualifications, and time to help create new content for our Education Hub. This content supports young people in building teamwork and customer service skills.

Boots

Content partner

At some point, we all need someone to see our potential, beyond nerves or lack of experience, and give us a chance to succeed. Together with The King’s Trust, Boots is doing just that by creating opportunities for young people to build their skills, confidence, and self-esteem, no matter their background. So far, Boots has raised and donated over £1.5 million to support The Trust’s work across the UK. This includes running Get into Retail, Get into Warehousing, and World of Work days. Boots also helps fund Achieve clubs and has supported the development of new Preparing for Work and Green Economy resources for our Education Hub, helping young people get ready for the future world of work.
