What's happening in Northern Ireland?

May 2022 saw our Enterprise Challenge regional final!

5 teams delivered pitches on their social enterprise idea in front of a panel of judges. Huge congratulations to this year's Enterprise Challenge winner Cedar Lodge and team Deez (Junior, Joshua and Reese) who came up with a great recycling scheme which they'll be running in their school. They received £500 seed funding for their social enterprise!

A huge thank you!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the teachers for making time for the Enterprise Challenge and our volunteers: Alan Morrow, Andy Donachie, Irene Hewitt, Annie Burke and Sharwan Varma. We have started recruiting teams for Enterprise Challenge 2023, so if this is something your school would like to know more about, please get in touch!

Enterprise Challenge ran across 22 schools with 104 teams competing this year.

It was judged by Mark Dougan (NI Director of The Prince’s Trust), Ashleigh Wallace (from AMS) and Amanda O’Hara (from PWC). They were so impressed by the incredible ideas the students came up with which made the judging tough!
