Healthy Relationships (Developing Resilience)

This unit helps learners to understand how relationships affect and influence us – as well as how to develop and maintain healthy connections. Learners will take part in an activity designed to build trust and develop respect amongst their peers and reflect on how peers can influence them.
These session plans and resources have been designed for younger learners aged 11-13 but they can be adapted to meet the needs of other age ranges.

How will this unit be assessed?
Learners must successfully demonstrate they have covered all learning outcomes at the level they are working towards to pass this unit. They will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence. A tracking sheet must be submitted with the portfolio of evidence. Tracking sheets should be downloaded from the .
