The aim of this unit is for learners to assess their strengths and weaknesses and to set manageable, achievable goals for work and/or their personal life. A key part in any action plan is the review, so changes can be made along the way or adaptations used for future targets.

How will this unit be assessed?

Learners must successfully demonstrate they have covered all learning outcomes at the level they are working towards to pass this unit. They will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence. A tracking sheet must be submitted with the portfolio of evidence. Tracking sheets should be downloaded from the .
